AOX1-Kozak-PHO1-VP-His tag-AOX1 Terminator

PHO1 is one of three repressible acid phosphatases, a glycoprotein that is transported to the cell surface. VP can catalyze lignin.

Characterization

This is a four section for degrade and transfer lignin part.PHO1 is a widely used signal peptide in eukaryotic expression system. It can help the peptide chain of VP be transferred out cells.

After we link PHO1 and VP successfully, we run the PCR with an intention to confirm the expression of VP. As the figure shows, we get the genetic stripe about 1101 bp which means the PCR is successful.
