PsadIntron - Promoter for enhanced expression


The AR Promoter is composed of the HSP70 promoter fused to the RBCS2 Intron. We followed a smiliar approach fusing the Rbcs2 Intron to the end of Psad promoter , hoping to achieve a higher expression yield. Every CDS assembled with this part would be fused to the Rbcs2 Intron. This part is a part of the Chlamy-HUB-Collection.It is desgined according to MoClo standard carring A1-A3 overhangs.
