a 20bp sequence targeting the IHF(integration host factor) box on E.coli oriC

The 20 bp sgRNA targets to the integration host factor (IHF) binding site on E.coli genome replication initiation region, OriC. Not considered to be DnaA binding box,blocking this site has a relatively mild arrest and inhibition of genome replication initiation. For more detailed information, see BBa_K3081058
