L1c-Psad-ARS-YFP-Rbcs2

L1c plasmid containg arylsulfatase secretion signal ARS and mVenus fluorescent marker which are flanked by PsaD promoter and Rbcs2 Terminator. The construct is designed to test for the efficency of the secretion signal and the locus dependent secretion via fluorescence intensity measurements.
