MS2-responsive ribozyme switch (Off to On) + PP7 coat protein
This part is a combination of MS2 ribozyme switch and PP7 coat protein to manipulate regulation process with another part automatically in the mammalian cells. We built up a three plasmids circuit which aimed to subsequently regulate expression level of gene(s) connected by 2A peptide with regulating protein (MS2/PP7).
