In order to applicate MS2-MS2-Aptazyme-PP7-PP7 (see BBa_K2923018 and BBa_K2923020)to LexA repressor system, we would like to fuse LexA with wild type DNA binding domain to the PP7 coat protein (see BBa_K2923015) and LexA with the mutated version of DNA binding domain to the MS2 coat protein (see BBa_K2923020).
