Mak33 IgG CH3 Domain

CH3 Domain of the Mouse (Mus musculus) anticreatine kinase (Mak33) IgG antibody. PDB ID: 1CQK. Codons optimised for Escherichia coli.

5' NcoI and 3' BamHI cut site.

Usage and Biology

The Mak33 IgG CH3 Domain expresses in well at 25°C in SoluBL21 cells in a pEHISTEV vector, with 0.2 mM IPTG induction overnight, but the expressed protein is mostly insoluble based on small-scale expression tests.

Figure 1. Mouse IgG wild-type expression duplicates showing insoluble recombinant protein at 15 kDa and no soluble expression based on the soluble fraction.
