Chloramphenicol resistance gene without BsmBI restriction site

Here we provide the sequence of the chloramphenicol resistance gene from which the BsmBI restriction site is removed by mutating one nucleotide (C to T at position 435). This part can now be used in experiments with BsmBI restriction enzyme.
