Design considerations

The ctfA and ctfB genes from the iGEM 2015 entries M36581 BBa_ M36581 and M36582 BBa_ M36582 list the reverse complements of the coding sequences. In our entry we use the same sequences but in the correct 5’-3’ orientation. The RBS for ctfB is contained within the coding sequence for ctfA.
