The sequence we designed is used for generating crRNA 5 and mutated crRNA 4. CrRNA 5 is used for African swine fever virus (ASFV) detection. Furthermore, mutated crRNA 4 is the sequence derived from crRNA 4 for negative control to test whether our purified Cas12a protein works functionally and normally. Kpn1 is the cutting site that helps us to separate crRNA 5 and mutated crRNA 4.
