Applications of BBa_I746916
2019 iGEM team Linkoping Sweden
Figure 1 depict a 1 liter culture of induced CBD-sfGFP E.coli BL21(DE3) on a UV-table. The picture shows that an induced culture of CBD-sfGFP emits fluorescence at 302 nm.
Pictures above shows BL21 DE3 and Vibrio natriegens Vmax expressing CBD-sfGFP at different IPTG concentrations between 0.05 - 1.0 mM. The induction gradient for Vibrio is more correlated with the IPTG concentration then E.coli suggesting that the induction windows for expressing CBD-sfGFP are different between E.coli BL21 (DE3) and Vibrio natriegens Vmax.
