Applications of BBa_K2624005
We used this part to construct the "p-H" Plasmid and "Plasmid2", in order to verify the role of RNA interference caused by pri-miRNA. According to the results of qPCR, the decreased MAP4K4 mRNA expression was observed. What's more, the results of MTT shows that the regulatory system we built can work.
