Source

We obtained the sequence expressing the VHb protein from part BBa_K1321200 by PCR, and obtained the TorA signal sequence by gene synthesis. We linked these two sequences to the linearized vector by infusion. We placed the TorA sequence upstream of the VHb sequence and initiated expression by a promoter.
