Applications of BBa_K2719006
This part was cloned on pSB1C3 using EcoRI and PstI and latter transformed into E.coli DH5a. The colonies obtained can be seen on figure 1.

Then the plasmid was extracted and run on an agarose gel electrophoresis, latter it was digested using NotI to probe the presence of the insert, the restriction was also run on a agarose gel electrophoresis.
