Definitions for Sequence Readings
Confirmed | Every base in the part is confirmed by a base in the sequence readings |
---|---|
Partially Confirmed | Every base in the part is confirmed by a base in the sequence readings or the base in the sequence reading is not called. |
Inconsistent | Some bases in the part are contradicted by all bases in the sequence readings. |
Long Part | The part is too long to be covered by the sequence readings. |
Bad Sequencing | The sequence readings were of too poor quality to be used. (If a read has a prefix or suffix, it cannot be declared bad. Or if the first 900 bases are 'well' called, the read cannot be considered bad.) |
None | No sequence readings are stored in the database for this part. |
