Collagen coding device with blue chromoprotein
For this part we used two reporter cassettes, both with their own promoter and a coding sequence of RFP and Blue chromoprotein. In addition, there is an IPTG inducible cassette for collagen V-like and what we wanted to prove with this combination was to create a more selective reporter system.
