CAT-Seq Barcode 1
CAT-Seq barcode collection consists of small DNA fragments with unique sequences that are used together with Nanopore Sequencing in Catalytic Activity Sequencing Pipeline. For example, if one wants to sequence two different libraries using the same Nanopore chip, it would be advised to barcode the libraries beforehand using the CAT-Seq barcodes.
