1. Before liquid to membrane transfer, prepare small trays of VP 110 Pin Cleaning Solution, distilled water (2) and 99% Isopropynol at the laboratory workbench.
2. Once transfer is finished and the pin tool replicator is lifted off the paper, dip the pins of the replicator three times into the Pin Cleaning Solution tray being careful not to damage the tips of the pins.
