We have used this plasmid to generate a set of level 1 golden gate plasmids for expression in the tobacco leaf system. These parts and their usage can be viewed at our [http://2018.igem.org/Team:Cardiff_Wales/Composite_Part composite parts page] and our [http://2018.igem.org/Team:Cardiff_Wales/Results results] page.

This is an experiment showing expression of a set of GUS reporter gene clones that we generated within this level 1 plasmid. Details of these experiments can be found here.
