Insulated vector based on pSB1A2. Uses B1010 transcriptional terminator upstream of BBa prefix and B0025 double transcription terminator downstream of BBa suffix. The Bsa I site was removed from the ampicillin resistance gene. There is also a spontaneous mutation in the Ori such that the copy number is much lower than expected. This feature can be advantageous if you don't want a toxic protein to be expressed in your host cells.
