nMagHigh

nMag, a light-induced dimerization protein derived from VVD protein family, mutates at I52D/M55G. Its corresponding protein, nMag also derived from the VVD protein, mutates at I52R/M55R. They can heterodimerize under blue light irritation (470 nm, 3 mW/cm2). Their light sensing molecule is flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) which is normal in nearly all organisms.
This part is nMag-High, whose binding efficiency is much higher than the origin nMag. It's function is proved by parts BBa_K2381019.
If you want to use it, remember to fuse this part with the part you are interested in through a 12aa-linker.
