mRFP (RBS+ LVA+ TERM+) is a functional combination of BioBrick parts-RBS(B0034), mRFPw/LVAtag(J04051), B0010 and B0012 The mRFP protein we use here is LVA-tagged, to reduce its half life for better fast kinetics. However, the data from our measurement shows that this part is not fit for this project and is abandoned at last.
