dtxR generator
The BBa_K486004 is a dtxR constitutive generator. This part is composed of:
- A promoter (BBa_J23108) from Anderson promoter collection.
- A ribosome binding site (BBa_B0034).
- A short spacer of 6bp (gtccta).
- dtxR gene (BBa K2486005).
- A short spacer of 16bp (ccagctcagtccgcat).
- A synthetic terminator (BBa_K2486006).
We built this part in order to constitutively inhibit our synthetic promoter, the PdtxR
