GFP with cycle amplification system

Plux promoter stars the circuit, and Luxl catalyzes the production of AHL, which will combine with LuxR. Their compound will promote the expression of plux and form a cyclic amplifier to achieve a higher GFP expression.

Agarose gel electrophoresis

We calculated the new part’s base number to be 2417bp. The figure1 is the result of agarose gel electrophoresis. We can make a preliminary judgment that the sequences are correct.
