Sensynova Framework (Connector 1B + Fim Standby Switch (Complete) - pCell)

Description

The part BBa_K2205021 was designed as a processor unit variant of the Sensynova multicellular framework for biosensors development (Figure 1).

Framework generic.jpg

This part is the final part that would have been produced by introducing the part BBa_K2205005 in between the empty processor unit, BBa_K2205012, to test the modularity of the Sensynova platform.

In this part (BBa_K2205021), the part BBa_K2205005 would be under the control of our connector 1, part BBa_K2205010, and controlling our connector 2, part BBa_K2205011.

When complete, the system will work through the repression of the part BBa_K2205005 except in the presence of connector 1 subsequently activating the transcription of connector 2 (C12 – RHL) triggering the reporter modules of the platform.
