p3_P.aeruginosa (Rfc25)
This part is sequence coding for the D1 and D2 of the protein 3 of Pf3, a filamentous phage that target P.aeruginosa. Those domains are required for phage adsorption and entry.
This part was design with Freiburg (Rfc25) extension. Thus, it contain the restriction site NgoMIV and AgeI that are compatible and allow the missing of a start and stop codon, which ease the assemble of multiple protein domain.
This part is related to our collection part of filamentous phages attachment protein. To see all the part from this collection, you can check out the first part of this collection : BBa_K2255008
