intermediate part for the construction of our 'comparator'. note that it bears no terminator sequence, as we aim to add a fluorescence protein as multicistronic parts.

it has the osmolarity-sensing mutated promoter for the OmpC gene, as the input of the device. this mutant is said to (and characterised as) be weaker than regular pOmpR

as an output we have thought of the fluorescence protein CFP.
