Hydrazine Synthase subunit gamma (Kust-2859) with strong RBS under lactose-inducible promoter, followed by LacZ-alpha reporter gene (protein fusion).
Preliminary test indicates that reporter gene is expressed, indicating that the fusion protein is expressed, active, and non-toxic to the cells.
