Tac Promoter-RBS-GST-Thrombin Protease-GFP-Terminator

This part can be used to make other parts that can be purified, cleaved and detected for expression conveniently. It comprises of a ribosome binding site (RBS) for ribosomes to bind, a GST label for purification, a thrombin restriction enzyme cleavage site and a GFP detection unit. It also has a promoter and a terminator.
