This is a codon optimised version of BBa_K811003, which encodes a truncated variant of an ice nucleating protein (INP) found in Xanthomonas campestris. The truncated protein INPNC lacks the large central repeat region, but retains membrane display abilities. The stopcodon and one BsaI site were removed from the recoded sequence.
