Cry4Aa(Codon optimization)+Extended FMDV 2A+Cyt2(Codon optimization)

Cry4Aa and Cyt2 are proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt.) which have toxicity to the larvae of mosquitoes.We used 2A system to express two proteins at the same time in Chlamydomonas reinhardti. These two proteins express at the same time can enhance the toxicity to the larvae of mosquitoes.
