To test the activity of gpdA promoter in entomopathogenic fungi <i>Metarhizium.anisopliae</i>, NYMU 2016 also constructed a composite part([https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2040122 BBa_K2040122]) containing a mRFP coding region and placed it downstream the promoter.
