T3 Promoter with RBS site

This is the T3 promoter from the bacteriophage T3 with an RBS (in this case, <a href="http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_B0034" target="_blank">BBa_B0034</a>) added to the end. This should be placed ahead of a protein requiring expression and requires the T3 polymerase to be present in the system.
