PbrR generator expressed by GFP under control of general promoter (J23102)

PbrR is a Pb²⁺ binding protein. In addition to the PbrR generator with the P_Tet promoter(K1961004), we designed a PbrR generator (K1961005; also with GFP reporter) under control of general promoter(J23102). We compared their GFP expression to measure their PbrR generation.
