A description of the proposed usage of BBa_K2060000 can be found on the Cardiff_Wales Wiki.
We didn't gain any experimental data using this biobrick but it available for use by future iGEM teams who require the targetting of Cas9 to a common sequence motif (as the E.coli genome contains seven copies of the 16S rRNA locus)
