Applications of BBa_J119394
J119394 was grown overnight in differing concentrations of Tetracycline. Tet resistance seems to become compromised as the concentration of tetracycline increases. Optical density was measured in samples grown in the following concentrations of tetracycline: 0 mg/mL, 10 mg/mL, and 50 mg/mL.
At 0 mg/mL the OD was 0.396, At 10 mg/mL the OD was 0.207, At 50 mg/mL the OD was 0.009
