| + | This His tag was codon optimized for E.Coli and worked properly with both our constructs, one with mature EP-B2 transformed E.Coli cells and one with Pro Ep-B2 transformed E.Coli cells. The His tag was successful in purifying the targeted protein (mature EP-B2 or Pro EP-B2). We had lots of fluorescence increase in the lysed cells assay for both the mature EP-B2 and Pro EP-B2, which shows a large amount of the protein was present, and having it purified amplified these results. | ||

This His tag was codon optimized for E.Coli and worked properly with both our constructs, one with mature EP-B2 transformed E.Coli cells and one with Pro Ep-B2 transformed E.Coli cells. The His tag was successful in purifying the targeted protein (mature EP-B2 or Pro EP-B2).
