Summary We have compared the activity of this promoter with our two shortened arabinose promoters (BBa_K1741000, BBa_K1741002).
BBa_K1741000 on arabinose (left) and on glucose (right; negative control). And, as you can see, the induction occurs only in a presence of arabinose.
