We use promoter activated by cueO first. But after discussion with NJAU, we found that cueO promoter was not very specific on copper ion. So we changed to use copA promoter. Which is more specific. We spant a whole summer to prepare basic part. However since we never do this kind of experiment before. We often failed when we are doing transform and extract the plasmid. So we have little time to combine those basic part. We didn't give up. Before wiki was frozen, we could only finish three basic parts without ternimater.
