Usage and Biology

This construct contains the polyhedrin promoter, the Honeybee Melittin signal peptide, a Nanoluc coding sequence with the Histidine Tag, united with the T2A sequence for polycistronic expression with the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor with a Histidine Tag.
