Usage and Biology

This construct contains the polyhedrin promoter, the Chicken Lysozyme signal peptide, Nanoluc coding sequence with a Histidine Tag, united with the T2A sequence for polycistronic expression, and the RFP sequence with a Histidine Tag.

Signal peptide sequences are for extracellular secretion of Nanoluc, RFP remains inside the cell, this to compare extracellular and intracellular protein expression and characterize the functionality of the promoter.
