This composite represents the 2-Dehydro-3-deoxy-D-pentonate aldolases yagE the D-xylonic acid dehydratase yjhG and the aldehyde reductase YqhD in one plasmid. All three genes have the strong ribosome binding site B0034 before their sequence.
