You attach this part to 5 'sides of any parts. In addition, you couple mRNA circularization device (3'side) in 3 'sides. When this device is expressed in E.coli, Curcular mRNA including the linker is made. The efficiency that mRNA is circularized changes by sequence of the mRNA. We let mRNA of RFP circularize and produce a long-chain protein, but the functionality was lost. It is a problem to make a long-chain protein with keeping functionality.
