Morphine-6-dehydrogenase (BBa_K1615000) fused to the N terminal of CBDcex (BBa_K1321003). If folded properly, this allows morphine-6-dehydrogenase to oxidise morphine to morphinone and reduce NADP+ to NADPH while immobilised on cellulose.
