Applications of BBa_J45100

J45100 was characterized by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Upon addition of salicylic acid to cells containing J45100, methyl salicylate was produced as indicated in Figure B (GC peak at 9.1 minutes that is absent in E. coli negative control). Methylsalicylate.jpg
