Hsp60 promoter (M. bovis) and RBS (mycobacteriophage TM4)
Strong constitutive promoter from M. bovis fused to a strong RBS from TM4 bacteriophage. This hybrid promoter/RBS has been shown to function in a variety of mycobacteria. (1) It is expected to function in P. acnes a closely-related propionibacterium.
