Quorum sensing dependant promotor (AIP II). Regulated by phosphorylated AgrA. Contains four AgrA binding sites upstream. This part belongs to the of the AIP-II sensing two component system AgrCA. Upon detection of autoinducing peptide II (AIP-II), AgrC phosphorylates AgrA, which then bindes to distinct binding sites and activates the P2 and P3 [this part] promoters.
