In order to response difference molecular to regulate the gene circuit, we add theophylline aptamer based on the sequence of taRNA. When this piece is transcribed into mRNA,the aptamer's second structure complement with taRNA in term of the optimal configuration.When theophylline add into medium, aptamer can specificity combine it,changing the second structure,leading to the taRNA exposure.Now the key play a role to "wake up" our project lock.
