Construction
This was the complete testing module used in the testing of the NKRF IRES, results can be seen on
Part:BBa_K1442024. This uses the empty testing GFP sequence Part:BBa_K1442106, which has been codon optimised for human use using the IDT codon optimiser from the original gene derived from Aequorea victoria jellyfish gene Part:BBa_E0040.This was measured in Huh 7.5 and HeLa cell with a tecan magellan machine.
