Forward GFP for human cells

FG

The forward GFP for human cells is a specially designed testing module. It contains GFP codon optimised to work in human cells. This testing module can be used to test internal ribosome entry sites (IRES).

Usage

The FG was intended to be used to test the EMCV IRES (BBa_K1442023) and the NKRF IRES (BBa_K1442024) using the restriction sites AscI and BsrGI before the GFP. After the GFP are two more restriction sites Mau BI and Mlu I that can be used to test the Aptazyme (BBa_K1442006) and the DPP-IV target (BBa_K1442111).
